Price: $330 per person (4-hour package).
Includes: Cocktail on arrival + all-inclusive basic spirits, win and beer; 3-course shared menu; return transfers from Darwin (up to 2 pick-up/drop-off locations); use of pool and lodge facilities.

Long Lunch Itinerary

10:30am: Pick up from Darwin City/Palmerston/Rural
12:00pm: Arrive at Finniss River Lodge, welcome drinks and charcuterie on the deck, followed by a sit down lunch.
3:00pm: Free time by the infinity pool
4:00pm: Depart Finniss River Lodge.

Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Terms

Full payment of $330 per person is required at the time of booking to secure your seat. Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received in full. No tentative holds will be accepted without partial payment.

2. Minimum Numbers

The event is subject to a minimum (10) number of guests to proceed. Finniss River Lodge reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event if minimum numbers are not met. In the unlikely event of cancellation by the Lodge, guests will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date.

3. Deposits and Refunds

A $330 deposit (1 x ticket) is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining balance must be paid in full 14 days prior to the event.
Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the event will receive a refund of the remaining balance paid, excluding the $330 non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made 8–13 days prior to the event will forfeit 50% of the total payment. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event, or non-attendance on the day, are non-refundable.
Tickets may be transferable to another guest with prior notice.

4. Dietary Requirements and Menu

All menu items are prepared using seasonal ingredients and may be subject to change based on availability. Due to the shared nature of the event, we may be unable to accommodate significant menu deviations or last-minute dietary requests not advised at the time of booking.

5. Event Conditions

Guests are asked to arrive at the designated pick-up locations promptly as transfers will depart at scheduled times. Finniss River Lodge reserves the right to alter or cancel elements of the itinerary due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or operational requirements, ensuring guest safety and the quality of the experience.

6. Responsible Service of Alcohol
Finniss River Lodge practices responsible service of alcohol. Staff may refuse service to any guest displaying intoxicated or inappropriate behaviour.

7. Photography and Media
By attending the event, guests consent to Finniss River Lodge using event photography or video footage for promotional purposes unless otherwise advised in writing prior to the event.
